Maïmouna Guerresi (vive e lavora tra Italia e Senegal) è fotografa, scultrice, performer, autrice di video e installazioni. 

Le sue opere sono state presentate alla Biennale di Venezia, a Documenta K18 a Kassel oltre che in numerose mostre personali e collettive internazionali, tra cui National Museum di Bamako, Mali, KIASMA museum of contemporary art di Helsinki, Bahrain National Museum, Sharjah Art Museum, Smithsonian National Museum of African Art, I.M.A Institute du Monde Arabe, 13.ma Cairo Biennale, Lagos Photo Festival, LOBA Leica Oskar Barnack Award, SCoP-Shanghai Center of Photography Shanghai, Gallery Gongbech, Jeju, Corea del Sud, Kyotographie, Kyoto, Japan, Aga Khan Museum, Toronto, ROM Museum, Toronto, Tate Modern, Londra.

Maïmouna Guerresi  (lives and works between Italy and Senegal) is a photographer, sculptor, performer, creator of videos and installations.
